The room has become available due to a current tenant being relocated for work.

We are two sociable, professional males and are looking for another sociable, tidy professional, male or female, to share.

Rent is £310 per month including parking, plus bills (electricity, gas, Virgin Media, TV Licence - split evenly between flatmates).
