Lovely two bedroom near Belfast City Centre

Two bedroom house, one double, one single, just off the Ravenhill Road and Ormeau Park, a short walk from Central Station and Belfast City Centre with good bus service. Rochester Street is very peaceful, the neighbours are great and the area has shops, a bakery, petrol station, off license and post office just a few minutes walk away. It would suit a couple, we're relaxed about pets within reason. We'd prefer non-smokers. Really we just want two people who would respect the house and the neighbours as we lived there ourselves for many years and get on well with the other residents in the street.
