Large Double Room In A Gay Friendly House

Hi, I have a large double room to rent in a modern gay friendly house with all the mod cons. must like animals as I have a beautiful small dog. I am away from home quite a lot and the dog comes with me, so you will have the house pretty much to yourself a lot of the time. I have a couple of pieces of new furniture for the room which aren't in the pictureI am willing to decorating the room I am renting out. at the end of the street there is a tesco, iceland, co-op and all local restaurants and shops. there is also a spare room for storage etc. I am looking for someone to share with who is clean, tidy, respectful of their surroundings, who isnt a party animal, it would suit a professional or mature student. any questions feel free to drop me an email, thanks for looking :)
