Central location, en-suite in beautiful apartment

Flatmate wanted to move in at the beginning of March.

The room that's free to let is a double en-suite, complete with wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and lamps as well as a chest of drawers and private bathroom with shower. There is also a gym in the building which comes included in the rent. The apartment is facing the courtyard and is at the end of a corridor. It is very quiet and luminous as well as being decorated to a very high standard.

The building is ideally located just a 5 minutes walk to the Europa bus/train station, few steps away from Dublin Road where you can find an array of bars, as well as a cinema, Tesco express, Post office and countless restaurants. Also, in a short 10-15 minutes walk you are in Donegal Place and all the shops/pubs/restaurant around City Hall.

As for me, I have loved living in this flat for the past year and a half and am sad to see my flatmate go. I am a professional working 9-5, often away for work during the week, so tend to prefer quieter weekends. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking (for my self AND others ;)) and spending evenings chatting away about all and nothing.

In terms of sharing, I believe in having a good chat up front to find out how best to live together, and this has always worked out to be the best policy.

I will be based in Belfast over the next month or so, therefore viewings can be arranged at evenings after 6 as well as weekends.
