I'm letting my awesome double room in Botanic from around mid-February (exact date tbc) - in a real gem of an apartment, two bedrooms, massive living room, modern kitchen with all amenities and, best of all, enormous attic, which we currently use for a studio / gym / laundry room. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a beautiful and secure apartment house, with only two more flats, one on each floor. The windows are double glazed and really big, so the apartment gets plenty of light. Room is fully furnished with a modern Ikea set, king size dbl bed and matching accessories/decorations.

You would only share the house with one more flatmate - professional male, 27, who is rarely there but surely you would enjoy a movie and beers together every now and then!

Very fast Virgin broadband available, bills are not included but they're never more than £50/month and obviously less in summer.

The lease expires at the end of July with possibility of extension. In order to sign the contract, the agency requires a deposit of £287. 50 and a guarantor. It's a good and trusted agency and all the issues are dealt with immediately.
