Your Future Home!

(Note, Since I (person who put up the add) am moving out, I have made an account for another version of this add to be left in the hands of the remaining flatmates. My point is: There is another version of this add, available, and this one will be taken down as soon as I have heard back from anyone who I have just messaged. Or two or three days pass. Whichever :D )

The House:

Situated on a quiet side street in the well-kept, popular botanic area. 30 Seconds walk from the Botanical Gardens.

A great group of people housed in a superb location near the University and 10 minutes walking distance from town.

Two bathrooms with showers in each so never a queue in the morning! The kitchen is modern and includes an electric oven with gas hob. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The Kitchen joins with the open-plan living room which always has someone to chat with.

There's also a few game consoles if you're into that sort of thing.

The Room :):

Fully furnished spacious double room with large window at the front of the house, top floor.

The People:

One girl and three guys from various backgrounds. We are a very social house and are always relaxing in the living room together. We can be seen playing pool, occasionally at the gym or just chilling on the Xbox.
