Small Double Room available in friendly, cosy house. Looking for easy going professionals or mature students to share with.
I'd like someone who is clean, considerate of others and sociable. Also maybe partial to the odd beer/wine and a laugh on occasion after a hard days work.
It's always been a very happy house and I would love to share with people looking for the same. Folk with a slightly geeky side are very welcome. No hallions or bill dodgers please.
Its on street parking - although there's never a problem finding a space. Its oil heating and there's decent broadband. If you want to know anything else please ask.
