Ive just been relocated to London due to leave 1/6/2015 - However could be flexible with dates. As a result I have to give up my room :(

The lease is to 31/08/2015.

About the room:
Single room - new bed and mattress in Aug. Big wardrobe with mirrors. Bedside drawers. Also drawers in the bed for extra storage. Black out blinds.

About the house:
Great landlord, never any bother from him and always there if needed! Clean, modern and homely throughout. Living room with TV, new sofas and sofa bed.
Modern kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and utensils.
Modern bathroom with instant hot water shower and bath.
Electric/Gas heating topped up by card so no nasty suprises.
Virgin broadband
Back garden with grass for the summer months.

3 minute walk to City hall and Dublin road. Fantastic for days off and nights out. And a sunday trip to St Georges market for breakfast.
Really quiet area despite being in the city centre.

The housemates:
2 lovely professional girls, one works mainly 9-5 and the other works shift work. We all socialise but also respect eachothers privacy. Its a relatively quiet household due to all working quite a bit so not a party house.
