Double room available in a 3 bed, semi-detached house. It's a lovely house, with a spacious living/kitchen area and a small patio at the back. The house is furnished and you would have the use of the main bathroom along with 1 other housemate. There is also a separate downstairs toilet. There is on street parking and the house is located in a small, quiet and friendly Cul de sac. A 10 min walk to town and 6 min walk to central train station.

We are looking for a sociable housemate who enjoys a night in as well as a few drinks at the weekend. You must also be clean and tidy. Preferably looking for someone in their mid to late 20's or early 30's.
