My current housemate will be moving out as she is starting a new job and I am looking someone to take her place.

It is a lovely house located on a quiet street off the Lisburn Road, close to city centre, transport links etc.

It would be best suited to a young professional or student.

I am currently working in the city centre and studying part-time, I am friendly and sociable and would like to live with someone like minded and easy to get on with.

Bills not included but very reasonable!
