Double bed room available for rent from the end of May till the start of August. Property is fully furnished, and room includes mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sink. Also comes with broadband. 2 bathrooms in property, communal kitchen and living area.

Area is mostly for students, situated behind Queens University Belfast, and a short 10 minute walk to Belfast City Centre or a 5 minute walk to a bus which can take you to the city centre also around the corner from the property is a Spar shop.

Living with 3 other students, all currently on placement, one from France, the other two from Northern Ireland. Rent will be paid to the landlord Gabriel, who will also deal with anything that needs looked at or fixed around the property. He is available 24 hours a day. Need rid of room as l am going to America on placement in June for the whole summer and l wont need it anymore, otherwise l would be keeping it.
