LOCATION

The house is very close to Queens University but at the same time located in a non-student (quiet) residential area at Sunnyside Street.

It is just about half-an-hour walk to the city center. Ormeau Road is nearby, this is a cool area with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Also very close to Ormeau Park, Botanic Gardens and Lagan Meadows (three nice green areas good for walking/cycling).

DESCRIPTION

Furnished bedroom with double bed (queen size) on a first floor. Table, wardrobe and bookshelf. This floor has also bathroom and shared box/ironing room. In the ground floor there is a spacious luminous and fully equipped communal kitchen which serves also as living area with direct access to a backyard.

House interior is kept smoke-free but it is possible to use the backyard for smoking.

HOUSE-MATES

The house is shared by three people in total. The other two house-mates are easygoing and very friendly lecturers and PhD researchers (in Computer Science and Music/Sonic Arts) both working at QUB. One of them stays only a few days per week in Belfast. The house is always very quiet.

RENT

Broadband share is included in the price advertised.
Bills (i. e. electricity, heating, kitchen gas) are divided equally among the house-mates.
