Lovely room in a great flat

This is a nice double room in shared (with only one person) apartment in a super quiet area off Sunnyside Street. The room has double bed, chest of drawer and a huge closet. It is located 8-minute walk from Ormeau Road full of shops and cafes.
Living space is shared but there is plenty of space - I rarely sit in the living room so you can have it. I have lived here for almost 5 years and I love the place. The landlord is very nice, everything is fixed quickly and efficiently.

The ideal housemate will be professional or a post grad student with a routine and in need for a quiet place to live. I would prefer a woman, but this is a gay friendly house and I gay might be exactly who the doctor ordered :).

I'm rather quiet, I don't like crazy parties in my home although I enjoy socializing. I work Mon-Fri and I may also decide to do another course, so I need a quiet place.
