1 room for rent on Ormeau Road

I have 1double room for rent in a house off Ormeau Road. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.
The house itself is walking distance from the city centre and is less than 5 minutes to shops, bars, the park and whatever else on Ormeau Road you would want.
The house has all mod cons, including wireless broadband. It is very comfortable to live in. It really is.
Current housemates all work during the week, so no real late nights during the week. Just nice dinners and maybe some wine.
New housemate should be a professional and headmelters need not apply. Only bills are gas and electricity, usually around £15 a month. Internet, rates, tv licence and cable tv are included in the rent, which saves about £40 a month. There is no contract but there is a deposit of £150.
