This is a large home close to shops, Schools, public transport and just a short commute to Belfast city centre or Jordanstown University.

Outside my property has a large driveway for parking, Gardens and decking. There is also a detached garage which can be used for storage.

The hallway leads into a Good sized Kitchen with all modern appliances, double oven if more than 1 person is cooking. Living room is Modern a good size which also has a stove fireplace and dining table leading to patio doors which takes you out onto the decking. Also downstairs is the Bathroom with three piece suite including electric shower.

The room available is a double bedroom, of a good size with wooden flooring, drawers and cupboard space.

We are sociable and easy to get along with. Its not a party house, as we work full time but we do like to go out and/or sit in and relax watching TV. We're clean and tidy and regularly tidy the place up as we go. We're looking a housemate similar to ourselves, who likes a chilled out, relaxed, homely atmosphere.
