The apartment is in a quiet residential area of Bangor, opposite the Clandeboye country Estate, and just off the Rathgael road.

The transport links are excellent, and there's plenty of local shops and amenities.

The location; top floor elevation and reasonable neighbours make it a very safe, quiet, & attractive area to live.

I'm looking for someone of a relaxed disposition, who isn't into loud parties, drugs etc can respect my friendly neighbours. No partners staying over at night time.

I only recently bought it, and admitedly work away quite a lot in London: It would be hard for me to overstate how many, many hours you will have to privately enjoy the bird song through the open Juliet doors!!

The kitchen is fully equiped with a large fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine and built in dish washer.

Unfortunately I have taken the master bedroom but the other two rooms (whichever one you should choose) are very spacious & fully furnished.

Everything in photos is still the same, except the living room; which now has oak furniture, and a big Laura Ashley rug.

The electric and gas are paid for via card meters, so this will be shared fairly. Free Car parking is available for one more car.
Deposit is £200 and one months advance rent.
