Luxury Double Ensuite room to let in a quiet rural area but within handy access to the bypass and it only takes about 8 - 10 minutes to reach all areas of the city. A means of transport would be required. The room is very comfortable and has plenty of storage. The house is shared with 3 others and occasionally the landlady. Residents are well vetted and are all respectful and non obtrusive. It is not a party house! You must like pets as there is a friendly family cat. The rent includes rates and electric and there is wifi and freeview also available. Note that more than 2 nights friends' sleepover constitutes double occupancy and incurs extra charge of £50 per month. Proof of ID and employment plus references required.
