Outside is a rear yard with a bistro table and 2 chairs.

The current tenants are 1 male and 2 females.

The house has 2 modern shower rooms with WCs that are for shared use between the 4 tenants. One large shower room with a rainfall shower head and a directional head, and one smaller shower room with electric shower, toilet and sink.

Minimum tenancy term is 6 months. After that it extends automatically month by month until you are ready to move on.

Utility bills, the landlord preloads the meters with £200 per month. Any use beyond this is paid for by the tenants.
Council tax - Band A - bill included in your rent.

References required. Deposit of £250. Must have an income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
