The room is a mega spacious double room with king sized comfy bed, both electric and gas heaters, double size wardrobe, Smart TV 32”, and you will have access to an own non shared complete and refurbished bathroom.
The house is newly refurbished and comfy. Equipped with washing machine, dryer etc.
A spare room on top is even empty if you need more storage/space.
Price is 317£ per month without bills included.
Just in front of amenities like Matalan, ASDA, Farmfoods (1 min walk), Darlington’s train station (4min walk) and city center (10 min walk).
