Double room available in newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house in a lovely village location. Manfield is small village with a good pub, it has easy access to the A1 and is only 10 minutes drive from Darlington. We have a large lounge with a log burning stove and modern kitchen with an additional sitting area. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower bath, which will be solely for your use. The double bedroom also has a sink, wardrobe, a large chest of draws and a storage cupboard. All the rooms at the back of the house look out over fields. There is off-road parking available.

We are a married couple, are both 37 and are out at work most of the day, but around on an evening and some of the weekend. We are used to sharing our home and are both easy going. We have two small friendly cats.

We are looking for a professional to rent our spare room, length of time negotiable.
