I am a professional woman who works shifts.
I live in Dipton near Stanley and am currently in the process of selling my house with a view to buy another one as a project to eventually move into. I am ideally looking for a short term lodger but if things work out and the project takes longer there is scope to extend the agreement.
I have a small dog who is no bother, he loves people and cuddles!
I like cooking, cleaning, music, playing the guitar, wine, reading and walking. My house is very homely, with 3 bedrooms (multi gym in the small room which you can use if you wish and the double room available is furnished with a king size memory foam bed, two double wardrobes and bedside tables) new modern kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, downstairs bathroom, lounge and diner. Plenty of room for parking outside.
There is also a bus stop at the end of the street, local shop, doctors surgery, chip shop and post office at the bottom of the street.
Gas Central heating, wood burning stove, phone, sky TV, Netflix and broadband available. All bills except the landline are included.
