Our lovely home is situated less than a mile from the city centre and has an abundance of amenities on its doorstep including a Co-Op, hairdressers, pub and takeaway.
It is also 5 minutes from the Arnison Centre which offers all big name shops such as Sainsburys, M&S and Next.

Durham university is 5 min car journey/ 15 min bike journey. The bus stop is also only a couple mins walk and both Newcastle and Sunderland are easily accessible with the A1 motorway 5 min drive away. Durham University Hospital is 3 mins drive and a ten min walk away.

The home itself has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet downstairs. All rooms are fully furnished with inbuilt wardrobes. The house also comes with a TV in the living room, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, full bed linen and there is a full kitchen pack ready to use.
