Outhouse in Rural setting

Situated in the National Park just off the A593, in a quiet rural area within walking distance (5 mins) of Coniston, 15 mins from Ambleside, 20 from Ulverston. This slate built outhouse has been completely modernised, insulated and fitted with central heating and a mezzanine bedroom area. Heating, electricity and water are shared with the main house. No bills and fuel is available for the woodburner.

There is a BT telephone (line shared with main house) if required. The outhouse is equipped for TV with a Sky Box, Satellite antennae and connections. There is access to 7Mb internet connection and netgear wireless router in the main room. High usage may incur extra costs.
Would suit professional or seasonal workers as within reasonable access to the central lakes, Ambleside, Kendal, Bowness and Windermere, Barrow-in-Furness or Ulverston.
The outhouse is fully lockable and surrounded by spectacular views. Lodgers have access to a Garden Patio and Car parking spaces. Equipment storage space available within the outhouse for outdoor kit.
The tenant occupies a separate building but shares main house kitchen and washing machine in outhouse.

The sleeping area is a mezzanine conversion with a Queen sized double bed, fitted shelving and space for desk and cases etc.
The spacious living room is further equipped with a wood-burning stove, fitted shelves, and has a convertible sofa bed.
There is a separate modern bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, gas hob. Bike shed and second small shed will accommodate 2-4 bicycles.
