Spacious, beautiful, double room in Lake District

Welcoming, spacious, beautiful room in a village location, tucked away, but central and within walking distance to village store and Pub. The room has a double bed, walk in wardrobe with lots of storage. Newly decorated with neutral walls. The curtains are a luxurious colourful velvet, to give the room a bright feel. There is use of a lounge with stunning views. The kitchen will be a shared space with my daughter and myself, We are both vegetarian and keen on the outdoors, I love to cook and bake bread. We live in a detached house which was designed by myself and is modern, light filled, spacious, with open plan living, gardens on all sides a wonderful patio area with a BBQ. lots of off road parking
It is well cared for and i am looking for someone who will do the same. ideally on a course in the area or working as i am not looking for a long term let. but if you fitted in well i could look at extending the time as this is the first time ive rented a space so am just trialling for the moment, 6 months at a time. The rent includes bills for electric, council tax, water, it does not include food. No smokers or smoking no pets .
