Choice of 3 large double rooms in Georgian house

With easy access to the A66 and M6 the village of Great Salkeld is only a 10 min drive from Penrith and benefits from it's own real ale pub. We are a looking for 2 lodgers to share our lovely house and you would have a choice of 3 bedrooms which range in price depending on size and number of nights from £400-£450 pcm. This includes council tax, superfast broadband and all bills.
We used to use the house as a holiday home so it is very comfortably furnished with the addition of a woodburning stove which makes it very cosy in winter.
We are an active couple, very happy to share our home with people of any age as long as you are clean and tidy and not too noisy!
We have a small, very quiet and well behaved dog who we hope you would enjoy sharing with too. We are initially looking to rent the rooms until Easter 2017 but may be able to extend this. Shorter lets of 2 months would also be considered as would Mon-Fri lets.
