The apartment is unfurnished apart from white goods and a very comfortable corner sofa with pull-out double bed, though the sofa can be removed if you wish. White goods include washing machine, which doubles as a tumble-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. There is a bracket on the wall in the living room to hang a TV. The living room is not shared - it's your own.

There is one parking space available with extra parking available in nearby streets or car parks. There's bike storage in the stairway, accessible only to 4 flats and all the owners are lovely. There is also a downstairs cupboard in the apartment with two bike racks. There is additional storage in the window seats in the living room.
