There is private off road parking available or a short walk from the house and you can catch a bus which takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive in Kendal this service runs 6 days a week. The house is double glazed, centrally heated and has super fast gigabit fibre unlimited internet. Other shared facilities include: kitchen with ample fridge and freezer space, washing machine, dish washer and large modern induction hob. A large comfortable lounge with leather furnishing and a wood burning stove and a modern bathroom with heated towel rail, rain head shower and extra large bath.

The front of the house has a large decked area that overlooks the garden and Holme Fell and smaller rear garden area with private car parking spaces overlooking Winda Fell.

The room is available furnished or unfurnished.
The rent is £85.00 per week and includes all bills, plus toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap and a cleaner who visits once a week and cleans all the shared areas. We would require a deposit. We would also consider a DSS tenant but would require references.
