My current flatmate has been offered a job in Scotland so will be moving out mid October. I am quiet respectful flatmate with a good sense of humour who enjoys running and walking in the lakes when not at work.

The flat is located in central St bees, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and local pubs. It's a 5/10 minute walk to the beach as well.

Plenty of street parking next to the flat.

I get on well with the landlord, who works in the shop below .
