Available now. Large double room with your own bathroom. The room has a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, couch, television with Amazon prime, Broadband.
5 min walk to train station to Barrow or Lancaster. 5 min walk to bus stop to Barrow or Kendal. Barrow (BAE) 15min drive. (GSK) 10 min walk.
I am a professional and at work, most of the week, usually working at home in the evenings.
I have a sedate golden retriever and 2 kids half of the week (11 & 13).
Ideally, someone who is used to family life, friendly and accepting. The kids are pretty quiet when here, they've become friendly with many lodgers but keep to themselves. I'm pretty laid back so don't want noisy party people, been there, done that.
I'm friendly and flexible and open to a bit of gossip at the end of the day with a beer or glass of wine here and there.
