We have a double bedroom available for a professional seeking a room for Monday to Friday for £100. All bills, including gas and electricity, broadband and council tax are included.

You will have a key to your room and front door. The kitchen and lounge are open plan and shared. You will be given shelf space in the fridge and space in the freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen. The shower room is shared with one other tenant and the bedroom and bathroom are cleaned each week and bedding can be washed with advance notice.

The house is located on Ennerdale Road, Wath Brow. There is a local shop nearby. The town of Cleator Moor has a Coop, Doctor's Surgery, Pharmacy and Library and a variety of take aways. We are situated a short drive from Sellafield, Whitehaven and Workington. Feel free to text to arrange a call or viewing.
