Large house in country but not remote

This is my principle home and is well furnished and appointed. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, fully fitted kitchen, three living rooms, plenty of parking and big and secluded garden. There is a 24 hour garage within walking distance of house and excellent pub/restaurant nearby. Frequent buses pass the front door to Chesterfield, Alfreton and other places

Another guy has one of the rooms but is not often there. I am looking for a sociable and responsible guy who enjoys living in a nice location with easy access to Chesterfield, Alfreton and the Motorway. Must be gay friendly
