The double room consists of a *new* duvan and mattress, desk with lamp and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving. Loft space available if additional storage is required.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen (gas-hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer) with adjoining living area. Virgin Media Broadband provides excellent wireless internet access. All bills are included. There is a spacious driveway for parking (as well as additional parking at the back of the house for guests), and an outside bike-rack in the garden.

The house is within 10 minutes drive of the city centre, 3 minutes of the A6/A50 and 6 minutes from Rolls-Royce. It is also on a bus route to the city centre.

There is a Co-Op/hairdressers/post-office /fish&chip shop/off-license within 3 minutes walk from the house, and 3 pubs within 10 minutes walk.
