I have En-Suite double room available from 1st January 2023, but the room could be made available before Christmas if needed. The property is a purpose built 5 bedroomed detached house in Brimington Chesterfield. The rooms have been finished to the highest standard. The house has been designed to offer the very best facilities which include a spacious kitchen with modern facilities, down stars W/C and utility room. There are 3 separate downstairs living rooms (you would almost have a living room to yourself). The house is licenced with the council and meets all fire and safety regulations.
Manor Road is also on a regular bus route to Chesterfield town centre and within walking distance of the hospital.
There are currently 3 other male professionals living here and we all get along well and occasionally socialise together. there has previously been a mix of male and female housemates which has always worked well.
