Hi. I am looking for a professional person to let a room to in my pleasant Victorian house. I have a large double furnished bedroom to rent in my house. Good location. Spacious house close to town centre and local amenities. Lounge, Sitting room , good size kitchen and dining room in the conservatory, Pleasant garden to rear of property. Bills included in rental price. Smoking outside ok. There is permit parking on the street outside the house which is included in the rent. Will consider pets as I sometimes look after my sons adorable Labrador. Come and have a look if you are interested.
