Large double room to rent in a modern two-bed apartment. The room is fully furnished, and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, storage cupboard, desk and a lamp. Bedding and towels can also be provided.
The flat is in a great location, only a five minute walk from both the train station and the town center. Parking is available.
The price for the room is £400 per calendar month and includes all household bills such as water, electricity, council tax, and WiFi.
I am 24 years old and work full time, 9-5 so I am out of the flat during the day. I am friendly, sociable and easy to get along with, but do keep myself fairly busy so am not around too often during the week.
I am looking for a tidy housemate, easy to get along with. I do like my sleep for work so appreciate the flat being quiet after midnight on weekdays. I do have a preference that lodgers partners do not make a habit of staying over, just because I had a negative experience with a previous lodger in regards to this. My partner lives abroad so there are no double standards on this issue.
