There is a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and toilet, a living room and a double bedroom.
Included in the rent is under floor heating, lighting, hot water, council tax and broadband. Not included is any appliance that plugs into a socket. This is paid for by a prepaid meter. The flat is in excellent condition and is really comfortable and clean. The flat has it's own front door which leads in from the hall in the main house. The public areas of the house are cleaned each week.
The location of the house is really convenient for the town center and railway station. There is a Spar at the end of the road and several takeaways and a couple of pubs.
