We have four large rooms that measure approx 20ft x 10ft - all rooms are brand new and just been refurbished.

All the rooms include:

- NO electric bills to pay
- NO gas bills to pay
- NO water bills to pay
- NO council tax to pay
- Wireless broadband INCLUDED
- All bedrooms each with freeview LCD TV, bed, wardrobe and drawers
- Each room with its own kitchentte inc fridge
- Double Bed

Their is also a shared washing room that includes washing machines & dryers

Just one monthly bill of £450 (£103 per week) with no other bills topay for.

Simply put, there is nothing else you would need to bring with you, just your belongings.

Would suit anyone wanting temporary or long term accommodation. Employees looking for accommodation in Chesterfield, working professionals, walkers, hikers, bird enthusiasts wanting easy access to the Peak District.

The rooms are available at £450 per month (£103 per week) each . I would require a £200 bond from you and one months rent upfront upon securing the room so a total of £650 would be required to move in.

We have been doing this many years and want to continue to provide good accommodation to the right tenants.
