The Rent

Location
Firstly the location. The house is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Burton Road. There is an Aldi near by and a Sainsburys Local so very handy for your food shop. It is also only about ten minutes walk into the town centre. There is plenty of on street residential parking. But if you have a bike we have a secure back garden with the possibility of a bike shed.

The House
We have been able to make the shared living space something truly sensational. With clever planning the architect has designed an open plan living kitchen and dining area with French windows that lead into the garden.
The Living Space has been furnished with a two seat settee, two arm chairs, coffee tables, TV bench and tall sideboard filled with a selection of tableware and glasses. There is a wall mounted 55" TV and high speed broadband,
The Dining Space has a high bar table and four bar stools but in addition there is a breakfast bar which looks into the kitchen.
All the furniture is from IKEA
The Kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob with cooker hood over and a tall fridge freezer. There is also a microwave oven, a kettle and a four slice toaster.

The Garden
The garden has been landscaped for low maintenance but maximum enjoyment. Steps lead up to the terraced area where there is seating so you can enjoy the outdoor space and sunshine. Further steps lead up to the second terrace where we are thinking of placing a bike shed.

The Bedrooms
There are four good sized bedrooms in the house.

Bedroom One is on the ground floor at the front of the house. This room is a large double bedroom with large en-suite, with shower, wash hand basin and WC.. There is a double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a working desk and chair. There is also a wall mounted large screen TV. The window is double glazed with venetian blinds and heavy weight curtains. This room is taken.

Bedroom Two is a copy of Bedroom One and also at the front of the house. This room is taken.

Bedroom Three is in the middle of the house. This is a large room overlooking the garden. It has an en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, work desk and chair, and a wall mounted TV. This is available.

Bedroom Four is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden and although smaller in size still has a double bed and bedside cabinet, and en-suite shower room and a built in wardrobe, a work station and TV. The windows are dressed with venetian blinds and heavy curtains. All the furniture is from IKEA. This room has been taken.

Throughout the house you will find wooden flooring of the highest quality and solid wooden doors. The house has been insulated where possible and there is sound insulation between the floors.

Laundry and Utility Room
We have created a laundry and Utility room in the basement and furnished it with a washing machine and tumble drier and hooks for the brooms and mops and buckets and vacuum cleaner.

As you will see we have done our very best to provide a great home environment with everything you might need. We are live out landlords not an agency so you deal with us directly.
