Hi,

Good sized double bedroom available in a nice furnished property in Leicester Street in Derby.

The house has a large lounge with a generous separate dining and kitchen area. Broadband is available and connected. The street is quiet being a cul-de-sac, and there is plenty of on-street parking, as well as a corner shop around the corner and a Sainsbury's Local 5 mins away. To walk to Derby centre is 20mins, and the house is close to Kingsway & Royal Derby Hospitals, as well as the ring road for access to Rolls-Royce (15 mins drive).

The room itself is sunny and has a full-sized double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves - available for £270pcm.

All-in-all we are looking for a balanced set of flatmates who are going to get on well. There are two of us in the property at the minute, both professionals, so working professionals are preferred. We enjoy a laugh and a chat and are easy going, but we do like to keep things tidy so if you are messy do not apply as no-one likes cleaning up after other people!
