Double room to rent, located right opposite Darley

Hi,

My current housemate will be moving out in the new year so i'm looking to rent out the room again. It's a double room, quite big with lots of space. The room will be part furnished with a double bed frame and mattress. Happy to remove if you prefer to bring your own bits and bobs.

The cost of rent PCM is £400 including bills, this excludes any personal shopping amenities food, etc.

Location wise, we're classed as Chester Green - but its Alfreton Road - right next to Darley Park, Haslams lane entrance. 10 minutes from the city centre and right next to a bus stop. There's off road parking available. I live in a row of terraces which is nicely situated opposite Darley Park, so if you're a runner then its perfect. The neighbours are really quiet too.

Little about me, i've lived here for almost 4 years. Enjoy having housemates, i'm really easy going and laid back so you wouldn't ever feel unwelcome. The only thing i ask is that you help keep the house clean and tidy, but i think thats something we'd all expect :-)
