Spacious double room to rent in three bed house

Hi, I’m Lucy, I’m 33 and a small animal vet. I’m looking to rent a room in my house as I’m spending the majority of my time away from home at my partners and it seems a shame that my house is nearly almost empty. I own a 3 bedroom house and would like to rent a room to someone, preferably female. My house is in a quiet cul de sac, with lovely neighbours, a garden with decking and an outlook of fields. Im only 15mins from derby city centre and 30mins from Nottingham. The room available is a double room that is light and airy with windows at either end. I have a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room downstairs. I also have a bathroom with bath and shower over bath. WiFi is also available.
