Hadfield, spare room for rent.

Second large living room

Spare room available for lodger/flatmate to live and share my home. The spare room is 14' 1" x 7' 2" (4.29m x 2.18m), has a doubled glazed window, fitted white blind, radiator, white walls and laminate flooring. It has a double sofa bed and minimal furniture, however I'm happy for the occupant to bring their own and decorate the room as they require. It can fit a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house itself is a reasonable sized terraced house in Hadfield. A few mins walk away from Hadfield train station, which has direct links to Manchester Piccadilly. The current price of a train monthly season ticket is just over £100. Standard street parking, but not guaranteed.

The house has 2 reception/living rooms. The first lounge is a snug/movie room with a large smart TV and office area. The second sitting room is the main living room with a gas fire in the style of a wood burner and a large comfy sofa, large smart TV and lots of candles!

We'd be sharing a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and self-cleaning oven (a God send!)

There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine. The house is fully central heated with a annually serviced boiler.

A good sized bathroom with an extra long, double ended bath and a powerful shower (over bath).

Looking for clean, tidy, honest, trustworthy, respectful, professional to share my home, with that in mind no pets are allowed, we take shoes off at the door and non-smokers preferred.

This certainly isn't a party house, after work sometimes I just want to flop in my PJs and watch Netflix.

Hadfield has plenty of pubs, a Thai restaurant, coffee shops, laundrette, Tesco Express and is only a few minute drive into the centre of Glossop or 40 minutes on a train to Manchester. The house is a 5 minute walk from the Longdendale Trail, for bike rides or long scenic walks.

I'm a 34 yr old, female, lecturer at a local college; enjoys going to the gym, chilled nights in front of the TV but also nights out with friends.
