Double room available, £300 all inclusive. This may only be a short to medium let as I have the house on the market. Having said that, with a sales cycle of around 3 months (although there has been no interest yet), it still may suit someone.
The upside is that you will have virtually exclusive use of the whole house most of the time as I often babysit my daughter elsewhere and may work away from time to time.
The house has full central heating, combi boiler and combi shower, range cooker, off road parking, garage and outhouse. It's in a quiet cul de sac location. Walking distance to bus stops and train station.
