Rooms to let in 4 bed House in quiet suburbs

I have a room to let in my home which is a detached 4 bed house in a quiet good residential area in the suburbs of Derby. The rent is inclusive o There is off road parking.

I do not "do" food but you are welcome to prepare your own food in the kitchen, and you have a cupboard and shared fridge available for storage of food. There are several takeaways/restraunts nearby if you don't want to do that.

it is an easy going house-hold and has a relaxing atmosphere.

A38 and Burton are accessable as well as Uttoxeter via the A50, the city ring road and The Royal Derby (City Hospital) is within 5 mins walking distance from the house.

The people who rent my rooms usually feel very happy and comfortable to live here for 4 nights having their own permenant homes elsewhere in the country. They commute from here to their place of work somewhere around Derby/Burton/Uttoxeter/North of Derby during the week, going to their homes at the weekend. -

Usually not suitable for (young just out of school/university)students. Oh and yes; please be sure that you want the room by viewing as you cannot be sure otherwise.
