Large double room in rural private estate

After breakingbup with my partner of 13 years i have a large double bedroom for rent in large spacious semi detached property located in Risley in the grounds of Hopwell Hall which is a privately owned estate. Its very rurul, peaceful with gorgeous views and walks all around. Very secluded but only 5 mins from j25 of the m1. Im a very easy going young at heart professional solicitor looking for someone who will not just sit in their room but socialise as well. You MUST like cats because here i have 4 of them and whoever moves in must also enjoy feline company. Bills not included but something can be worked out. 6 miles to Derby and about the same to Nottingham. There is parking for your car and its safe secure and picturesque in Hopwell. Plus i have a hottub and theres nothing better than a beer at dusk overlooking the wild deer and badgers that venture into the garden
