If you prefer a room in a house located in a quiet, beautiful area in South Normanton, far from noisy transport, but at the same time, within a 2 min drive to the M1 and A38 major roads, then we can offer you a room in a clean comfortable room in a house overlooking the garden . At your disposal there is a double bed, mattress, double wardrobe, kitchen facilities, bathroom, and parking for a car. Free WiFi is also available. This room would suit a working professional single quiet SINGLE FEMALE (no couples) who likes her own space and this gender is PREFERED simply because there is another female in the property, although consideration will be given to all. The house is very clean and we expect some house rules to be respected and adhered too and we kindly ask that they are. Initially a 3 month stay to be agreed and will be reviewd every 3 months therafter. All bills are included, council tax etc

Female in the property is a joint owner and a Ukrainian national but holder of a British Passport.. she speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian.
