I am a sociable and friendly person with 1 single Bedroom to let in large old house, close to East Midlands Designer Outlet, local amenities, bus routes and handy for M1 and A38.

Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Shared social room on ground floor.

Large and beautiful gardens to the back of the property.
Parking available.

Bills included and council tax. Room cleaned weekly and fresh bedlinen and towels.
Will do personal laundry/Ironing for extra fee.
Cigarette smoking not tolerated.
Must be pet lover ( cats and dogs in the house and chickens free-ranging in the garden) But no pets permitted.
Ring for a chat and/or to have a look. En suite is not available but the bathroom is large, very clean and airy.
