We have a large 4 bed bungalow on the Exeter outskirts (Alphington). Me and my 26 year old daughter and our 25 year old female lodger of two years. We have a very friendly dog named Smudge.
Plenty of parking, huge back garden with a small pool (when weather is good enough!!)
Great access to M5, Forest on Halden and only 20 mins from loads of beaches.
Bus stop to City Centre only 2 mins walk. We are all very friendly and easy going. Lovely views and nice and peaceful.
