We live in a modern 4 bed family home in Axminster. 20 min walk to the train station. Trains go Direct to Exeter or London (Waterloo). We are looking to rent out our spare room. The room is a good size bright double, sharing a bathroom with my son. We are a non smoking, professional family with 2 cats and a 11 yr old boy with a normal slightly messy/scatty family life. Axminster is a small friendly town with a leisure centre, plenty of restaurants, and shops and good access to the coast (Lyme Regis, Charmouth) and the delights of Devon and Dorset.
