Double Room to Rent

Up for grabs is a double room for rent in my house. Current occupants are me and my two cats. It is therefore essential that you like animals.

I am looking for someone that is reliable and outgoing - I hope to get a friend from this and not just a lodger! I would like somebody who is responsible and respectful, however you must be able to have a laugh!

I am a professional and the person who rents this room must also work full time.

You can have pets as long as they do not conflict with the cats, I would suggest no dogs or cats, however I am fine with any reptiles, rodents, birds or spiders!

The room is a reasonable size, however I am welcoming somebody into my home and as such you will benefit from use of the whole house.

The price is non-negotiable, and is inclusive of rental and bills including internet/tv licence etc. The only additional charges you will incur will be to feed yourself!
